Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, 111 West Highland is a mid-rise residential building with shared outdoor spaces that see consistent daily use. While residential, these areas function much like commercial environments, requiring flooring systems that can handle ongoing foot traffic and exposure to the elements.
For this project, we installed large-format exterior pavers to create a clean, modern rooftop surface that complements the surrounding skyline views. Outdoor installations like this require careful attention to layout, leveling, and long-term performance—especially in the Pacific Northwest climate.
As with any high-traffic application, the longevity of the finished surface depends not only on the material, but on the quality of the installation. Proper preparation, precise placement, and attention to detail ensure a stable, durable surface that will perform reliably for years to come.
The finished result delivers a low-maintenance, visually cohesive deck that enhances the building’s shared space while standing up to real-world use.
