Seattle commercial flooring installation

Seattle Commercial Flooring Installation Services.

Meeting Seattle’s commercial flooring needs for offices, retail stores, healthcare facilities, schools, recreational venues, hospitality spaces and apartment buildings.

Two recently completed projects that both receive steady foot traffic and require the durability of a commercial installation. Both projects are located in Queen Anne Hill and include the Salvation Army headquarters and a mid-rise condominium with a Kerry Park view!

Office and Fifth‑Floor Renovation – Queen Anne

Carpet Tile and Porcelain Tile commercial istallations

At the Salvation Army’s Northwest Divisional Headquarters in Seattle we were asked to replace worn flooring on the fifth floor. We specified commercial‑grade carpet for the administrative offices because it improves acoustics, offers underfoot comfort and allows for individual tiles to be replaced as needed. High‑density carpet tiles with durable backings and modular installation extend carpet life and simplify future maintenance.

In the hallways, elevator banks and restroom areas we installed porcelain tile. Porcelain is fired at very high temperatures, creating a dense, hard surface that resists scratches and impact; it’s ideal for high‑traffic corridors and can last decades when properly installed.

Professional installation is key to longevity: skilled installers use proper techniques to keep floors intact for years. After the project was completed, the client remarked that the new floors were “above and beyond” the previous installation and expected them to last for decades – proof that quality materials and craftsmanship together deliver long‑term value.

Exterior Tile Install

Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, 111 West Highland is a mid-rise residential building with shared outdoor spaces that see consistent daily use. While residential, these areas function much like commercial environments, requiring flooring systems that can handle ongoing foot traffic and exposure to the elements.

For this project, we installed large-format exterior pavers to create a clean, modern rooftop surface that complements the surrounding skyline views. Outdoor installations like this require careful attention to layout, leveling, and long-term performance—especially in the Pacific Northwest climate.

As with any high-traffic application, the longevity of the finished surface depends not only on the material, but on the quality of the installation. Proper preparation, precise placement, and attention to detail ensure a stable, durable surface that will perform reliably for years to come. The finished result delivers a low-maintenance, visually cohesive deck that enhances the building’s shared space while standing up to real-world use.
