In many cases, repairing the damaged area isn’t enough—the affected flooring often needs to be removed, the moisture issue addressed, and a new floor installed.

That’s why Dallas Watson Flooring uses Bona R540 Moisture Barrier when installing laminate over below-grade concrete. It creates a protective barrier between the concrete and your new floor, helping ensure your investment is built to last.

For this type of installation, we also use Bona R851 Adhesive, which provides a secure bond while adding a slight cushion underfoot. The result is a floor that not only performs well but also feels more comfortable to walk on.
