100% Wool Carpet

Unique Carpets, Ltd.®
Chevron by Unique

Unique 's Wool Carpet is actually unique.

Wool fiber, unmixed, is a luxury underfoot. Unique Carpets, Ltd.® is one of the few brands still using a jute backing — a natural plant fiber that breathes, resists moisture, and gives the carpet a stable, grounded feel that synthetic backings can’t match. Each carpet is tufted and built to last decades, not years. Underfoot, it feels dense, warm, and alive in a way that’s hard to describe until you’ve stood on it.

Wool costs more than synthetic carpet, so is the upgrade worth it?

Wool is a natural insulator — it keeps rooms warmer in winter and cooler in summer. It doesn’t flatten under foot traffic the way synthetic fibers do —it springs back, year after year, looking the way it did the day it was installed. Wool’s natural lanolin coating resists staining, holds no static, and off-gasses nothing. And when it’s eventually time to replace it, it goes back to the earth. Synthetic carpet doesn’t.
